I echo the above review. I had a similar experience only in my case, having ordered the item in early January, I eventually cancelled the item at the end of January because it was out of stock and I could be given no firm indication on delivery dates. My account was marked 'order cancelled'. Despite this, on checking my credit card in March, I found that I had been charged on 17 February for the full amount. Repeated efforts to contact the company were unsuccessful.

I ordered a jacket from the Scotts of Langholm website back in December. Although my money was taken, the order was not delivered in the timescale stated. I emailed them and was informed that they were awaiting delivery of stock and it would be delivered in 5-7 days. No jacket arrived. I contacted them on on several furhter occasions but no response was given. As such, I cancelled my order in January. This was acknowleged, but no refund was given, depsite being told that it would be. I emailed them numerous times, but received no response. I called them and spoke to Andrew Scott who assured me that someone would ring me back - no one did. On further numeorus attempts to contact them, the phone was engaged - it appeared that no one had either any intention of refunding my money or contacting me. Following a huge amount of stress, I eventually persued this through my credit card company who refunded me, whilst they pursue the complete 'cowboys' that are Scotts of Langholm. My advice is steer well clear!
